Shipping and delivery

We deliver the ordered goods by our cooperating couriers, according to the currently established price lists. You can find information about the price for transportation in the basket when confirming the ordered goods.

We deliver goods over 30 euros for free and you do not pay for shipping.

After creating an online order, you will receive an e-mail confirming the creation of the order with its exact details. If this does not happen, do not hesitate to contact us. (sometimes it happens that the e-mail arrives in spam, or you made a typo in the e-mail address)

We will process, pack and ship your online order, i.e. we hand it over to the courier usually within 24 hours of creating the order.

As soon as we send your order, you will be informed about the shipment by e-mail, in which you will also find the tracking number and the link of your shipment. From the e-mail, you will find out where your shipment is and when it will be delivered approximately. You will also receive an invoice by e-mail.

If this does not happen, do not hesitate to contact us and we will inform you about the status of your package.


Payment options

In Max Sport, you can pay for goods in the following ways:

Card payment

You can pay for your order by credit card. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and other cards. When paying by card, you will be asked to enter payment data.

When paying by card, we require 3D validation. This means that you must confirm the order with a numerical code that will be sent to you via SMS.


Payment by bank transfer

After completing the order, the products are reserved and you will then be sent an email with the necessary information for payment, including the account number to which the payment must be sent and the variable symbol that must be entered during payment.

When paying by bank transfer, it is necessary to expect a longer time for the payment to be credited to our account (standard 1-3 working days).

The moment the payment is credited, we start sending the order.

Information about the status of your order will be delivered to your email address.


Payment to the courier on delivery (in cash)

If you are comfortable paying cash on delivery, you can also pay for the order when you pick up the goods from the courier company. You can pay cash on delivery in cash or by card, depending on the conditions of the courier company.


Billing

Information about payment for the goods can be found on the invoice, which we send automatically by e-mail. We do not print invoices on paper and do not send them in a box. It is also one of the ways we try to at least minimally save the environment. The invoice is available online.
